1. Services Overview

Flash Waste Management LLC provides dumpster rental services for residential and commercial use. Service availability, pricing, and rental terms may vary based on location and project requirements.

2. Payment Policy

Full payment is required prior to dumpster delivery.

  • All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking
  • No dumpster will be delivered without confirmed payment
  • We reserve the right to cancel or delay services due to payment issues

3. What Your Payment Covers

Your upfront payment includes:

  • Dumpster delivery and pickup
  • Rental period (typically 7 days unless otherwise specified)
  • Included tonnage (weight allowance)
  • Disposal and landfill fees for approved materials

4. Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply under the following circumstances:

  • Exceeding the included weight limit
  • Disposal of prohibited or restricted materials
  • Extending the rental period beyond the agreed timeframe
  • Inability to access the dumpster for pickup due to blocked or unsafe conditions

All additional charges will be billed to the customer’s payment method on file or invoiced accordingly.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a delivery or administrative fee
  • Failed deliveries due to blocked access, unsafe conditions, or incorrect information may result in additional charges

6. Commercial Accounts

Approved contractors and commercial customers may qualify for invoicing terms:

  • Net-15 or Net-30 terms may be offered upon credit approval
  • We reserve the right to modify or revoke credit terms at any time

7. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide clear, safe, and adequate access for delivery and pickup
  • Ensure the dumpster is not overloaded beyond capacity limits
  • Dispose only of approved materials
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in additional fees or refusal of service.

8. Prohibited Materials

The following materials are strictly prohibited:

  • Hazardous waste (chemicals, paints, oils, solvents)
  • Tires, batteries, or asbestos-containing materials
  • Flammable or explosive substances

Improper disposal may result in additional charges, fines, and potential legal action.

9. Access and Placement

The customer is responsible for:

  • Ensuring a safe and accessible location for delivery and pickup
  • Obtaining any required permits (e.g., street placement permits)
  • Verifying that the placement area is suitable

Flash Waste Management LLC is not responsible for damage to surfaces unless caused by negligence.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flash Waste Management LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or events beyond our control
  • Damage resulting from misuse or overloading of the dumpster

11. Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Flash Waste Management LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of services, violation of these Terms, or improper disposal of materials.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website.

13. SMS / Text Messaging Policy

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website, forms, or booking process, you expressly consent to receive SMS (text) messages from Flash Waste Management LLC.
